Reports are coming out now.. Hulu has started Encrypting content at the source with Javascript decrypting it at the client.

This could be detrimental to those applications such as PlayOn that are using RSS parsing to read content off of the Hulu site. Far as we can tell. Some people are not reporting issues..but there are a few posts on PlayOn site asking what is going on.

Engadget HD reporting that reports are that TBS has been displaying some HD content via commercials. Well I guess thats a start. Hopefully that will move on to the actual shows soon.

Reports are coming in that Disney is going to be on YouTube's new Website. New York Times reports that Disney's TV division will be providing YouTube.com with Short Videos on the newly redesigned website. Thats cool.. Like a tidal wave now everyone is rushing to get content out there. Seems Hulu missed the boat on this one but YouTube.com is the biggest provider of video content on the Web.

Waiting for big news from Sony? Hoping that the PS3 price will drop.. So far nope.. just news that the PS2 will be coming in under 100 bucks.. You can check that out at news.cnet.com.

Today SecondRun.TV released the next version of their plugin for Windows Media Center. Downloaded and installed it is outstanding. Couple little bugs here and there but all and all an awesome product for you MCE users. Haven't tested to see if it works with extenders at all but I don't believe it will. The interface is smooth and pretty. It is a glorified browser interface for MCE yet works great. Album art shows up for most TV shows or Movies and makes for a great experience. You could spend all day just scrolling around looking at all the content before even touching one show. Check it out. Its definitely worth the price tag of FREE.. If you get a chance. Make a point to thank them.. Post your comments or even donate to the cause..

Well …. it's happening.. Neflix has sent out an e-mail to it's subscribers noting a increase of 1$ for Blu-Ray unlimited rentals for 2 Blu-Ray's at a time..Had to happen sometime i guess.

ClickZ.com is reporting that next Month YouTube will be redesigning its web site to include more content from Studio Partners to provide more content like Hulu does. The navigation will be switched to "Movies, Music, Shows, and Videos to emulate something more like Hulu. YouTube will be including advertising to monetize the videos and movies.. This should be interesting.. and possibly Swweeeeeet..

CNet.com is reporting that Yahoo will soon bring things like FLickr, Finance, News, and Weather directly to your TV via somethihg they cal TV Widgets. This will be something that is now availible on 4 Samsung TV's and will soon be availible on more brand such as Visio, Sony and LG.

Sony has tipped the media off that there will be a global announcement this week pertaining to the PS3. There has been a decline in sales on the PS3 for the last three months which is why analysts are guessing on a price drop or some sorta online content update. This could be great news for you media buffs out there ready to strap into one of these awesome media hubs slash BlueRay Players. Stay tuned for more news on this slated Tomorrow March 31st.

Blockbuster OnDemand coming to TiVo?

Tivo's announces it is going to add support for Blockbuster OnDemand to it's Series3, Tivo HD XL, and TiVo HD boxes in addition to the Series2 boxes that they didn't add support for Netflix. Wow.. TiVo is holding nothing back on this one. Looks like second half of 2009. The Blockbuster service is not the same as the Netflix service offering $4 per movie compared to the Netflix unlimited for $8.99. But either way.. looks like this war is not over.. and we got people selling guns to both sides.
