The Netflix integration on the Xbox 360 is superb. Works great. After signing up for the Netflix $8.99 contract for movie rentals you will have the option of 1 movie at a time in the mail. Also you will have the option to get movies instantly. To start with you can watch these movies on your computer. Now Xbox 360 has integrated Netflix into the Dashboard. If you have a Gold Membership to Xbox live you can use the Xbox 360 to connect directly to Netflix.

From the Xbox Dashboard scroll up to the Video Market Place
From there you will see the option for Netflix.
Selecting the Netflix option will give you access to your Netflix instant Queue. (you have to setup your queue on line)
